WHAT IS “FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY’S”?

Five Nights at Freddy’s is a horror/ survival horror video game created by Scott Cawthon. It was first released in August 2014 and instantly gained worldwide popularity. The main, original series consists of nine video games, each connected to “Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza” a fictional pizza restaurant. The restaurant is named after its mascot Freddy Fazbear, an animatronic bear.

In the horror-themed video games in the Five Nights at Freddy’s series, the player typically works the night shift at a place associated with Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria. Life-size animatronic figures from the restaurant perform for kids’ birthday celebrations. The guard is told to keep an eye on the animatronics because they prowl the eatery at night. The animatronics are plagued by the ghosts of children killed in the Missing Children Incident. They serve as the main antagonists in FNAF. They include Chica, Foxy, and Freddy Fazbear. There is also a ghost version of Freddy known as Golden Freddy, although no one is certain of his real origin. William Afton, the murderer of the lost children, also turns up as Springtrap, a reanimated corpse wearing a suit. Freddy Fazbear

Freddy Fazbear is the title adversary of the Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise, appearing in many versions in subsequent games. Freddy is an animatronic bear and children’s entertainment at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria. He is the mascot of the original Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza franchise and performs as the band’s main singer, standing in the center of the stage.

During the day, Freddy enjoys having fun and is shown to be laid-back, easygoing, and upbeat. During the night, however, Freddy is shown to be constantly taunting, laughing at the night guard, and playing a song before unleashing a jumpscare. He is also shown to be cunning, moving in the shadows towards the night guard and even sneaking through the door softly without the guard knowing. Freddy is averagely strong and intelligent, but he is skilled at collaboration and leadership. He always has a microphone in his hand, and occasionally he meets with his party to talk about issues.

Bonnie

Bonnie is a substantial antagonist in the Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise. Bonnie is a children’s entertainer and an animatronic rabbit who lives at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria with Freddy Fazbear and Chica. He is the guitarist in Freddy’s band, and is positioned on the stage’s left side.

Averagely strong and intelligent, Bonnie frequently makes suggestions to help his party get better. Bonnie transforms into a vicious and vindictive killer, murdering any adults at the pizzeria to exact vengeance on his killer. He is by far the most active animatronic, displaying a desire to kill. This one also appears to be an unjust and dirty player, as one of his strategies is to go to the closet and then straight to the office, unexpectedly neglecting his customary path in order to catch people off guard. He’s also tenacious yet gives up swiftly when rebuffed, as he’s an animatronic who attacks the most in the first game, but he also leaves quickly when he’s shut out. Bonnie is also very impatient and fidgety and is aware that the night guard is watching him as Bonnie stares at him through the camera.

Chica

Chica is an important opponent in the Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise. Chica, along with Freddy Fazbear and Bonnie, is an animatronic chicken and children’s entertainer at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. She is the backup singer in Freddy’s band, and she is positioned on the stage’s left side.

Although Chica has mediocre intelligence and poor strength, she benefits her group by healing them and dealing very little damage with Party Favors. She also possesses strong culinary expertise and abilities. Chica is a demanding, gluttonous, but endearing singing animatronic bot who adores food, particularly pizza. Her gluttony has frequently hindered her from her objective of killing the player. Chica also appears to be very persistent and tenacious, as she will stay at the night guard’s door for long stretches of time, far longer than Bonnie would.

Foxy

Foxy is another major rival in the Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise. He is a decommissioned animatronic pirate fox entertainer housed in Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria. He has his whole section, a separate stage, of the pizzeria to himself.

Foxy is extremely agile and strong but has a relatively low IQ. He uses pirate slang and a mixture of lowercase and all uppercase while speaking. Foxy has the traditional pirate demeanor, typically speaking in pirate slang and with a pirate accent. He is also claustrophobic. Foxy is astute and not easily duped. He is assumed to be reclusive because Freddy Fazbear sings about Foxy rather than Foxy singing himself, which just adds to the evidence. He also threatens the player, threatening to send them to “Davy Jones’ locker” if they perform poorly. His phrases also sound as if they were blasted through loudspeakers rather than coming from Foxy himself. Foxy acts and speaks in a more hostile, sarcastic, and dismissive manner, as though he enjoys tormenting the player.
